This is usually done by protecting the pdf from printing, the reasons may vary from author to author, one of the reason could be the pdf only set for viewing if you wanted to printing then you have to subcribe the premium access. To print out the protected pdf files using using GSview, a graphical Ghostscript viewer for postscript and pdf :-
- Download and install the Gsview from http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/get49.htm.
- Download and Install l the Ghostscript from http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/index.htm. Gsview needs Ghostscript in order to run.
- Open the Gsview program.
- Click on File -> Open , to open the protected pdf file.
- Click File -> Print , to print put the pdf file.
- Done.

- Logon to www.gmail.com.

- Choose a strong password. The length of password must be at least more than eight characters in alphanumeric.
- Un-tick the Enable Web History if you don’t wish to keep the web history on your machine. This means Google will keep history of your web page you have browsed. This can be so annoying feature, if you are using share PC all the time, I suggest to turn it off.
- Fill in the rest of information and click on the create account button at the end pf page to create a Google account.
- That’s it. Click on Show me my account proceed to login to your Gmail.
